Rich Schaeff

FACILITATOR, EXECUTIVE COACH

The Art of Inclusive Teams.

Truly inclusive teams—where employees feel safe, motivated, and free to be themselves—drive organizational success.

It’s possible to move beyond longstanding tensions. To get your whole team on board, ready to level up together. To have socially dominant groups embrace and champion diversity efforts.

Welcome. My name is Rich Schaeff and I help companies, departments, and agencies co-create work cultures that empower belonging. Organizations across sectors bring me in to help guide difficult conversations, navigate complexity, and cultivate authentic bonds that enhance the energy and commitment of their workforce.

A veteran coach, facilitator, and consultant, my approach reflects over 30 years of client collaboration around diversity efforts & change management. By centering curiosity and vulnerability, I’m able to cultivate a level of psychological safety—from C suite to factory floor—that enables my clients to make rapid progress toward their goals.

Courage and authenticity is what it takes to address deeply rooted problems. Address the right problems and you won’t be destined to repeat them. I am an expert at facilitating this process at scale and diffusing resistance to change. See what people are saying.

Working with Rich was the best 2020 DEI investment we made. During a trying time in the US and a large population of white males, Rich was able to diffuse the tensions and create a safe learning environment where everyone felt included.
